Referral Program

PFI Benefits, Nature’s Sunshine’s preferred provider of health insurance and healthcare discount products for NSP members in all 50 states and Canada, has expanded its offering to include a referral program. 

Earn up to a $40 referral fee (see map below) for referring your customers, downlines, friends and relatives for health insurance. Referrals that result in a completed application in some states or an approved and accepted major medical policy in others will result in a referral fee that will be paid to you.

Concierge Service
PFI provides a unique concierge service that is there from the moment you or your referral begins the application process and continues as long as you are a PFI Benefits client. A PFI Benefits Specialist will help you determine the best coverage to meet your needs at a price within your budget. Need help understanding your policy? Need help with a difficult claim? PFI is there for you.

How the Referral Program Works

• You can refer to anyone within your own state of residence and receive a commission or referral fee based on the laws governing your state (see map and Terms & Conditions).
• Be sure to login or register if you are a first-time user.
• Download as many Health Insurance Referral Program Cards as you need, write your name and your NSP member number on the cards.
• Be sure to download the FREE Health Services Discount Cards so that your referrals can receive substantial discounts on health services and products. (The cards are free to anyone and are not subject to commission or referral fees.)
• Pass out the referral card to business associates, customers, friends and family.
• Receive commissions or referral fees as determined by the laws of your state of residence (see map) in the form of a debit card issued by PFI Benefits. Your debit card will continue to receive credit as you refer business.

Commissions and Referral Fees

PFI Benefits will pay Nature’s Sunshine Members who are not licensed as health insurance agents for the referral of health insurance customers to PFI in accordance with state insurance laws and regulations of the state in which the referred customer and NSP member reside.

• In 30 states, PFI Benefits will pay Nature’s Sunshine Members a one-time percentage of commissions earned in the amount of up to $40 for an approved and accepted major medical health insurance policy in force for six months.
• In 14 states, PFI will pay a one-time referral fee in the amount of $5.00 for submittal of a completed health insurance application by the referred customer.
• In West Virginia, a $5.00 fee will be paid for completion of a PFI phone registration by a referred customer.
• In 7 states, laws prohibit the payment of referral fees or commissions of any type to an unlicensed person.
